Notes:

• Ticket valid in the ski areas of Skiwelt Winterberg
  (ski lift carousel Winterberg, ski carousel Altastenberg, Postwiesen ski village Neuastenberg, family ski area Sahnehang, tobogganing paradise Ruhrquelle)

• From 3 days additionally valid in the Willingen & Hunau Bödefeld ski area

• The 1-day ticket from 11:00 a.m. is only available at the ticket offices & sKiosk machines on site and not in the starjack webshop

• Valid in the ski areas of the Wintersport-Arena Sauerland (ski lift carousel Winterberg, ski area Willingen, ski carousel Altastenberg, Postwiesen ski village Neuastenberg, family ski area Sahnehang, tobogganing paradise Ruhrquelle & Hunau Bödefeld)
• Valid for the entire winter season
• Sale only in the starjack webshop

• Valid from 18:30 to 22:00
• Day tickets are not valid in the evening

• Group tickets are only sold at the ticket offices on site in the ski area.

* Children and young people up to and including 15 years of age.
Children up to and including 5 years of age accompanied by a paying parent or guardian travel free.
In the ski school all children must purchase a ticket.

Refund only in case of ski accident. In the event of a ski accident, refunds will only be made if the ski pass has been deposited at one of our ticket offices. The days from the issue of the ski pass to the deposit are considered as the period of use. A certificate from a local doctor must be brought along when returning cash. No cash compensation can be paid for family members who leave prematurely with the injured person. In case of illness, even if a medical certificate is presented, no refund will be made.

Ski passes are not transferable. Any misuse of ski tickets, including use by third parties, will be prosecuted and will result in the withdrawal of the ski pass and exclusion from transport. The attempt to transfer a ski pass to another guest is already considered misuse. Criminal charges reserved! We would like to point out that at certain control points in the ski area photos are taken for control purposes.

In case of loss, bad weather, closure of ski runs and lifts, early departure, etc., there is no claim for compensation.

The above mentioned prices are also valid if not all lifts are open.

Skiing on the slopes is at your own risk. The respective tariff and conditions of carriage apply.
